All Orders placed on our website are non-refundable. However, they can been used and kept on credit for a period of 6 months following the order date. In addition, our flexible policy permits you to transfer the service to another individual within the same time frame.

If Covid-19 restricting are lifted, we do not hold any responsibility since changes are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued due to these circumstances.
